Dr. Nicole Carnicella is dedicated to both pursuing clinical excellence and providing a gentle, caring atmosphere for her patients to receive the best today’s dentistry has to offer. After graduating magna cum laude from Muhlenberg College in Allentown with a bachelor’s degree in Biology/English, she earned her dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Hayley graduated from South Hills School of Business and Technology with an Associate’s degree in Diagnostic OBGYN Ultrasound. She has been the Front Office Coordinator for 12 years and loves building relationships with patients and being part of the team. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, and especially loves being a mom.

Liza graduated from West Virginia University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and is licensed to administer local anesthetic. She recently completed her Expanded Function Dental Assisting certification, allowing her to assist Dr. Carnicella with placing fillings. Liza is from Bellefonte and truly enjoys serving patients in her hometown. She has worked alongside Dr. Carnicella for the past 23 years.

Jodi earned her BA in Psychology from West Chester University in 1989 and went on to complete dental hygiene school at Harcum College, graduating in 1992. She recently completed her Expanded Function Dental Assisting certification and now assists Dr. Carnicella with fillings. Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband, her grown children, and working in her garden.

Lisa is our Clinical Care Coordinator and brings over 37 years of experience in the dental field. She has worked in a variety of roles throughout her career, giving her a strong understanding of both patient care and dental practice operations. She is passionate about supporting patients and helping the team grow and succeed. A lifelong Pennsylvania resident, Lisa enjoys traveling across the country and exploring new places with her husband, whether by car or motorcycle. She is also a proud mother of four and grandmother of two. In her free time, she loves being outdoors, especially in the woods.

Morgan is a skilled and dedicated hygienist with over 10 years of experience. She graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology and stays current with the latest techniques and advancements in dental care. She is known for her gentle approach and great chairside manner. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two kids and her Golden Retriever, as well as traveling, boating, and fishing.

Sara has been a dental assistant since 2015 and earned her Expanded Function Dental Assistant license in 2022. She has been working with Dr. Carnicella since 2023 and truly enjoys being part of the team. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her two boys and her animals.

Tonya grew up in Pleasant Gap with her parents and three older sisters. She graduated from Bellefonte Area High School/CPI in 2015 and has been working in the dental field ever since. She returned to CPI in 2022 to earn her EFDA license. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and her two kids. They love staying active outdoors, whether it’s playing, going to baseball or football games and practices, or taking walks with their two dogs.
